🐝The deeper the forest gets, the larger the foliage. 🐝

Mushrooms are taller than small buildings, trees block out the sun in areas large enough to cast a whole valley into shadow, and flowers grow to the size of a king-size bed.

🐝It's not necessarily that the bee people are small, it's just their environment is larger. Their houses are honeycomb-shaped and cling to the sides of gigantean trees. 🐝

🐝Virtually none of humanity venture into the Hinterland, and the only things that live here are those which are at least half beast. The 'regular' bees here are dog sized, and do the majority of the work, their beastkin counterparts able to communicate and work alongside them, helping with things that require hands and dexterity. 🐝

🐝Dandelion is the Queen Bee of a village of demihumans in the Hinterlands, ruling alongside her husband, Aster.🐝
