🫧If the avatar is used in a commission (Uploading, unity edits, blender edits, converting for vtube streaming, ect) both parties must own the model.

Price splitting is not allowed.

🫧Conversions of our avatars for R18+ use is allowed as you and the model are an adult.( Commission rules still apply)

🫧Absolutely no NSFW features are allow to be added to chibis.

🫧Any images, photos or videos upload in our avatars we would appreciate credit! please do so as often as you can.

🫧At the time of purchase, Discord and VRChat username are filled out correctly.

🫧Paid Assets are allowed on: public, free, nitro, personal, and commercial finished avatars/worlds. Free/nitro models are limited to the use of 2 paid assets(sets count as one).

🫧 Free Assets can be used on: Personal, Paid, Public, Free and nitro finished avatars/worlds.

🫧Commissions can be used on: Personal, Paid, Public, Free and nitro finished avatars/worlds.

🫧 No Part of assets purchased are to be leaked, resold, traded, published online, shared with friend or partners, or redistributed for any purpose, except for on a completed model.

🫧Listings for avatars including our assets must be credited with link to the product used, not just to the store please!

🫧 You are allowed to make edits to meshes/textures but you cannot claim the asset as your own!

🫧Assets can be used on commissioned models but your customer cannot remove the asset off the finished product.
